Clinical Associate Medical Oncology

Dr. Muhammad Salim, MD, Medical Oncologist, has been with the Allan Blair Cancer Centre since April 1999. Obtained American Boards in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology as well as Fellowship in Bone Marrow Transplant.  Clinical Associate Professor with the Division of Oncology and Adjunct Professor, College of Graduate Studies and Research. Muhammad was Director, Medical Oncology, Allan Blair Cancer Centre from 2007-2019.  Actively participates in teaching and gives presentations at local, provincial, national and international conferences as well as at public and community events.  Co-wrote articles with others that have been published in various cancer related journals. Actively involved with clinical trials and is a Principal Investigator for a number of clinical trials that are open at the Allan Blair Cancer Centre.   He was the recipient of Investigator of the Year in 2010.
